Track your plan to practice and train on a monthly basis. Track live fire training and practice as well as dry fire practice sessions.
Record when you practice and the number of times you practice and train during the month against your monthly goal.
Enter the performance improvement goal(s) you will focus on for the month, how you will measure your improvement and the measurable progress you made.
At the end of the month see how you are doing and make adjustments as needed for the next month’s plan.
